Chandini Chowk to China songs

The film earlier known as Mera Naam Chin Chin Choo and also Made in China, is written by Sridhar Raghavan. Chandni Chowk to China is said to be semi-autobiographical film portraying actor Akshay Kumar’s life. He himself agreed that about 50% of the film is based on his life. The story is about a chef who is mistaken to be a martial arts expert.

Shooting began in January 2008 and included a schedule in China.

Nikhil Advani later announced that Deepika Padukone will be essaying a double role in the film. Deepika Padukone plays a Chinese Woman and an Indian Woman. Chinese superstar Gordon Liu will make his Bollywood debut.

The music is by Shankar, Ehsaan and Loy. The movie also features music by Kailash Kher, Bappi Lahiri-Bappa Lahiri and a rap song sung by Akshay Kumar and composed by Punjabi rapper Bohemia. The music was released on December 2nd 2008.

Ghajini songs

A medical student Sunita is interested in doing a project on Sanjay in order to study human brain. But her professor does not allow her to do so because this was a legal case. In the mean while Sanjay started killing two of the murderers.



He used to keep a camera with him which beeps after 15 mins to keep in his memory that he has a camera with him. He takes pictures of those whom he interacts and make notes on the photograph about his relationship with them. He keeps photographs of his apartment, his manager, his doctor etc. The goons or the villain Ghajini finds about Sanjay's attempts to kill him (Ghajini) and when in an unconscious state covers his tattoos and burns his photographs so that he does not regain his memory. However as Sunita learnt more about the story, she decided to help Sanjay. She visits Sanjay in the hospital and shows him his diaries and other evidences regarding Kalpana and her fateful death. Finally Sanjay Singhania takes his revenge by killing Ghajini in the same manner as Ghajini killed Kalpana. In the process, Sunita and Sanjay are placed in the same position that he and Kalpana were placed in before she died and Sanjay recollects the memory of seeing Kalpana on the floor.

Jaane tu songs

Jaane Tu... Ya Jaane Na was an early success, with 80% or more in morning shows and 100% by the noon shows across India. The reports are very good and the film is expected to enjoy a strong run for few days to come. Monday usually witnesses a drop in business for films, but Jaane Tu... Ya Jaane Na had strong showings on Monday [75%], Tuesday [70%] and Wednesday [60%+]. The first week all-India nett was Rs. 20.01 crore with an average of Rs. 6,56,524 per print. For the second week, the number of shows were increased and it started the week grossing almost 100% at several screens. The film grossed 17.50 crore in its second week, taking its total to 37.50 crore.Its 5 week total is approximately 52.96 crores.

Jumbo songs

Jumbo, the animated children movie is directed by Kompin Kemgumnird. According to ScreenIndia.com, Jumbo is actually a 2006 Thai film called Khan Kluay (Wikipedia) and is already released on DVD in the US as The Blue Elephant. It doesn't really matter, but I don't see why they're trying so hard to hide that fact. There's no information on the creators of the film on any Bollywood website. Anyways, the main character is voiced Akshay Kumar. It's to be released on Christmas this year, on the same day as Ghajini.

Well, now let's talk about the music of Jumbo. Can you believe this, the movie may be for kids, but there is not a single kids' song in this movie! I'm not saying the music is bad, I like the song Everything Gonna Be Alright, but it's almost gangster rap! Come on, it's a an animated movie about a cute little elephant who goes searching for his mom. But why the hell are there rap songs in there? When I found out about Jumbo, I was so happy for all the kids but I'm very said right. My complaint is not about the quality of music, but the fact that it doesn't cater to kids. Btw, the songs are composed by Ram Sampat. To all the children out there, sorry guys, you can stick to that song from Ta Ra Rum Pum for now. They'll maybe think of you next year.
